Welcome to Harborique. These Terms and Conditions explain how our website, consultation process, proposed itineraries, flight arrangements, cancellations, and related interactions operate.
Harborique is based in Singapore and presents six private jet tiers through its website. The website allows visitors to explore these tiers and understand their general characteristics before deciding whether to request a consultation.
Our website is not a direct flight-booking platform. Selecting a tier, viewing aircraft information, submitting an enquiry, or requesting a consultation does not by itself create a flight reservation.
By using the website or proceeding with our consultation and booking process, you agree to the terms relevant to your interaction with Harborique.
The aircraft pages are designed to introduce the six tiers available through Harborique. They may contain descriptions, cabin information, specifications, images, and other details intended to help visitors understand the available options.
Website information should not be interpreted as a specific aircraft allocation or flight commitment.
Aircraft characteristics, schedules, routes, airport arrangements, and other journey details may vary according to availability and operational circumstances. The specific details presented within an accepted itinerary take precedence over general website information relating to a tier.
Website content may also be revised when service arrangements or operational requirements change.
A journey starts with a consultation rather than an online purchase.
Customers may submit a consultation request through the Harborique website. The consultation takes place at our office in Singapore and provides an opportunity to discuss the intended journey directly with a representative.
During this meeting, we may discuss matters such as departure and destination points, proposed dates, passenger numbers, preferred timings, aircraft requirements, baggage considerations, and other information relevant to preparing the journey.
Customers should provide complete and accurate information during this process so that the proposed arrangement reflects their stated requirements.
Following the consultation, Harborique may prepare a tailored itinerary and flight plan based on the information discussed and the options available for the requested journey.
A quote will accompany or relate to the proposed arrangement.
Receiving an itinerary or quote does not mean that the customer must proceed. Customers should review the proposed route, timing, aircraft tier, passenger information, applicable charges, and other relevant details before accepting the arrangement.
Where information changes before acceptance, Harborique may revise the proposal accordingly.
Submitting a website form or attending a consultation does not complete a booking.
A booking progresses once the proposed itinerary and quote have been accepted and the applicable booking requirements communicated by Harborique have been completed.
The accepted itinerary becomes an important reference point for the journey. Customers should therefore review names, travel dates, departure information, destinations, and other details before acceptance.
Any later modification will be handled under the change provisions contained in these Terms.
Passengers remain responsible for having the documentation required for their journey. Depending on the route, this may include passports, visas, permits, entry documentation, or other travel documents.
Customers arranging travel for other passengers should ensure that the information supplied for those passengers is accurate.
Harborique may request additional passenger or journey information where reasonably necessary for arranging or administering the proposed flight.
Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information may require changes to the itinerary and could affect the proposed arrangement.
A quote is prepared around a particular proposed itinerary and the circumstances applicable when it is issued.
If the customer subsequently requests changes to the route, departure schedule, passenger requirements, airport arrangements, or other elements of the journey, the original quote may also change.
Where an adjustment affects the applicable charges, the customer will be informed as part of the revised arrangement.
Customers should consider the complete quote alongside the corresponding itinerary rather than relying on general aircraft information displayed on the website.
Travel plans sometimes change. Requests to alter an already accepted itinerary must reach Harborique at least 72 hours before the accepted departure time.
Change requests must be communicated to flightwith@harborique.com.
Please include enough information for our team to identify the relevant arrangement and understand the requested modification.
Requested changes remain subject to factors such as aircraft availability, airport arrangements, route feasibility, scheduling, and operational circumstances. A modification may also affect the applicable charges or other elements of the itinerary.
Where appropriate, revised details will be presented to the customer before the altered arrangement proceeds.
Cancellation requests must be made by email and sent to flightwith@harborique.com.
If the cancellation email reaches Harborique at least 72 hours before the accepted departure time, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid toward the canceled booking.
If Harborique receives the request less than 72 hours before the accepted departure time, a cancellation charge equal to half of the amount paid will apply. The remaining half will be returned through the applicable refund process.
The time at which Harborique receives the email will determine which cancellation condition applies.
A booking will be considered as a no-show when the relevant passenger or passengers do not appear for the accepted departure and an eligible cancellation has not been completed beforehand.
For a no-show, the entire paid booking amount will be retained, and no portion of that amount will be returned.
Customers who know they cannot proceed with their journey should contact Harborique as early as possible rather than allowing the booking to reach the no-show stage.
Flight arrangements can be affected by circumstances beyond a planned itinerary. These can include weather conditions, airport restrictions, air traffic requirements, regulatory directions, aircraft availability, route limitations, or other operational circumstances.
Where an arrangement requires modification, Harborique may discuss an alternative departure time, route, aircraft tier, airport arrangement, or another feasible option with the customer.
The availability and terms of any alternative will depend on the circumstances affecting the particular journey.
Information supplied through the website, consultation process, correspondence, and booking arrangements may include personal data.
Harborique may use relevant information for responding to inquiries, arranging consultations, preparing itineraries, communicating with customers, administering bookings, handling requested changes, processing cancellations, maintaining appropriate records, and meeting applicable legal obligations.
Personal data is handled with regard to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and other applicable requirements.
Questions relating to personal data may be submitted to flightwith@harborique.com. Additional information about our data practices should be read in conjunction with the Harborique Privacy Policy.
Website submissions, emails, itinerary communications, cancellation requests, and other electronic records may form part of the interaction between Harborique and the customer.
Electronic communications are handled with regard to applicable Singapore requirements, including the Electronic Transactions Act 2010, where relevant.
Customers are responsible for supplying current contact details and reviewing communications relating to their proposed or accepted journey.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Depending on the circumstances, relevant legislation may include the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, Electronic Transactions Act 2010, and Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Nothing within these Terms is intended to remove or restrict a statutory right where such a right cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any provision that conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law will be interpreted subject to that requirement.
Harborique may update these Terms when its website, consultation structure, booking procedures, operational arrangements, or applicable requirements change.
Updated Terms will apply from the effective date stated with the published version. Customers should review the current version when beginning a new consultation or booking process.
An update will not retrospectively rewrite an already accepted arrangement where doing so would be inconsistent with applicable law or the terms applicable to that booking.
Questions about these Terms, consultation arrangements, accepted itineraries, changes, or cancellations may be directed to:
