This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how Harborique handles cancellation requests, refunds, no-shows, and changes to accepted private flight arrangements.
Harborique operates from Singapore and follows a consultation-based booking process. Our website introduces six private jet tiers and allows customers to request a consultation. Flights cannot be booked directly through the website.
Following an in-person consultation at our Singapore office, a proposed itinerary, flight plan, and quote may be prepared according to the customer's stated travel requirements and available arrangements.
Once an itinerary has been accepted and the applicable booking requirements have been completed, the cancellation and change conditions described below apply.
The timing of a cancellation determines how the applicable refund is calculated.
A customer who wishes to cancel an accepted flight arrangement must submit the request at least 72 hours before the accepted departure time to receive a full refund of the amount paid toward the canceled booking.
The 72-hour period is calculated backwards from the departure time stated in the accepted itinerary.
Customers are encouraged to consider this timing when deciding whether they intend to proceed with their journey.
All cancellation requests must be sent by email to:
The email should contain sufficient information for Harborique to identify the relevant arrangement. Customers should include their name, relevant booking details, accepted departure date, and a clear statement requesting cancellation.
Telephone conversations, informal discussions, website browsing activity, failure to attend a consultation, or an intention to cancel that has not been communicated by email will not constitute a cancellation request under this Policy.
The time Harborique receives the cancellation email will be used when determining which cancellation condition applies.
Where a cancellation request is received 72 hours or more before the accepted departure time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid toward the canceled booking.
The cancellation will relate to the arrangement identified in the customer's request.
Where a customer has several separate flight arrangements, canceling one journey does not automatically cancel another. Each affected arrangement should therefore be clearly identified in the cancellation email.
Once the relevant cancellation has been processed, the applicable refund will be returned through the available refund method associated with the booking arrangement.
Different conditions apply when a cancellation request reaches Harborique less than 72 hours before the accepted departure time.
In this situation, a cancellation charge equal to half of the amount paid for the affected booking will apply.
The remaining half of the paid amount will be eligible for refund.
This condition reflects the timing of a late cancellation after an itinerary has already been accepted and arrangements have progressed toward the scheduled departure.
The applicable calculation is based on the paid amount relating to the canceled arrangement rather than general prices or aircraft tier information displayed on the website.
A no-show occurs when the relevant passenger or passengers fail to appear for the accepted departure without completing an applicable cancellation beforehand.
In a no-show situation, the entire amount paid for the affected booking will be retained. A refund will not be issued for that booking.
The no-show condition is separate from a late cancellation. A customer who knows that the journey cannot proceed should therefore email Harborique before departure rather than simply failing to attend.
An email received after the accepted departure time does not retrospectively convert a no-show into an earlier cancellation.
Cancellation is not always necessary when travel plans shift. Customers may instead request a change to an accepted itinerary or flight plan.
Requests for changes must reach Harborique at least 72 hours before the accepted departure time and must be sent to flightwith@harborique.com.
Customers should clearly explain the requested adjustment and identify the affected arrangement.
A requested change may involve the departure time, route, destination, passenger details, aircraft tier, or another element of the accepted itinerary.
Requested modifications depend on aircraft availability, airport arrangements, scheduling, route feasibility, operational circumstances, and other factors relevant to the proposed journey.
A change request does not automatically preserve the original itinerary or quote.
Where a requested modification affects the scope or structure of the flight arrangement, Harborique may prepare revised itinerary information and corresponding charges.
The customer can review the revised arrangement before proceeding with the modification.
A request submitted at least 72 hours before departure gives Harborique the required notice to consider the change. It does not mean that every requested alteration can be accommodated.
If a proposed alteration cannot be arranged and the customer chooses to cancel instead, the cancellation conditions in this Policy will apply according to when the cancellation request is received.
Where a refund becomes payable under this Policy, Harborique will process it through an applicable method associated with the original booking arrangement.
Processing periods may vary depending on the method involved and circumstances surrounding the transaction.
Customers may be asked to provide information reasonably necessary to identify the booking and administer the refund.
Refund eligibility will be determined using the accepted departure time, the time the relevant cancellation email was received, the amount paid for the affected booking, and the circumstances applicable to the request.
This Policy operates under the laws of Singapore and should be read alongside the Terms and Conditions applicable to the customer's booking.
Harborique handles customer interactions with regard to applicable Singapore requirements, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 Electronic Transactions Act 2010, and Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) where relevant.
Personal information supplied when requesting a cancellation, change, or refund may be used to identify the arrangement, communicate with the customer, administer the request, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude a statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
